1. About Yanga Tickets
Yanga Tickets is a ticketing platform that enables event organizers in Nigeria to sell tickets and attendees to purchase them. We act as a technology intermediary between organizers and attendees.
2. For Organizers
By listing an event on Yanga Tickets, you agree to: (a) provide accurate event information; (b) honor all tickets sold through the platform; (c) comply with all applicable Nigerian laws; (d) not list illegal or fraudulent events. Yanga reserves the right to remove any event that violates these terms.
3. Service Fee
Yanga Tickets charges a 2.5% service fee on all paid ticket sales. This fee is added on top of the ticket price and paid by the attendee. Organizers receive the full ticket price they set. Free events are always free with no fees.
4. Payouts
Organizers receive payouts directly to their registered bank account via Paystack. Paystack's standard processing fees apply. Yanga Tickets is not responsible for delays caused by banks or Paystack.
5. Refunds
Refund policies are set by individual event organizers. Yanga Tickets' 2.5% service fee is non-refundable. Attendees must contact the event organizer directly for refund requests.
6. Attendee Data
Attendee data collected during ticket purchase (name, email, phone) is used to deliver tickets and, where consent is given, to communicate about future events from the same organizer. We do not sell attendee data to third parties.
7. Prohibited Events
You may not list events that are illegal, fraudulent, discriminatory, or that promote violence or hate speech. Yanga Tickets reserves the right to remove any event and refund attendees at its sole discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
Yanga Tickets is not liable for event cancellations, venue issues, or any disputes between organizers and attendees. Our maximum liability is limited to the service fees collected on the relevant transaction.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
