When you buy a ticket: your name, email address, and phone number. When you create an organizer account: your name, email, phone, business name, and bank account details. We also collect basic usage data like pages visited.

2. How we use it

To deliver your QR ticket via email, to process payments via Paystack, to communicate about events you've opted into, to improve the platform, and to comply with legal obligations.

3. Who we share it with

Paystack (payment processing), Resend (email delivery), Supabase (data storage). We do not sell your personal data to any third party. Event organizers can see the name, email, and phone of attendees who purchased tickets to their events.

4. Marketing emails

If you opted in at checkout, the event organizer may contact you about future events. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us.

6. Your rights

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest. Payment data is handled entirely by Paystack and is never stored on our servers.
